Ballincollig
Town Centre is a major urban re-development. A new town
centre including a large shopping centre, three multi-storey car
parks, office buildings, hotel, high street retail, apartments
and houses is currently under construction in a 91 acre former
military barracks. JODA were involved in the initial site
appraisal and the strategic planning of the site. JODA are
currently undertaking the detailed engineering design of the shopping
centre, multi-storey car parks, office buildings and hotel.
The project was phased over a number of years with the initial
phases completed in September 2005. JODA were involved in
circa €100.0M of construction. |
