PROJECT DETAILS:

Infill Development consisting of two separate buildings, one a residential building with retail on the ground floor and basement carpark, the second building, an office block with surface car parking in between.

The residential block comprises a sheet piled basement for car-parking with the retail and 1st floor of apartments constructed with post tensioned concrete beams and slabs.  The post tensioned beams support a further 3 storeys of apartments constructed in traditional pre-cast floor units and load bearing masonry walls.

The office building is a 5 storey structure constructed using R.C. flat slabs on columns over a reinforced concrete, water retaining, basement.  The total value of the development is €10,000,000
