This is a large mixed development on a 110-acre site at Little Island, Cork.  The development includes office buildings, a retail centre, retail warehousing, restaurants, automalls, business units, manufacturing plants and warehousing.  The project will ultimately create over 150,000 square metres of floor space and is currently at approximately 75% completion.  JODA undertook the initial site evaluation and have carried out all engineering design on the site including infrastructural development and building design.  The value of the development is circa €200.0M
