PROJECT DETAILS:

This project was completed in September 1999.  The building is a seven storey  split level carpark, with a structure consisting of post tensioned flat slab floors supported by reinforced concrete columns with shear walls provided at the vertical lift and stair core.  The foundations consist of 450 diameter continuous flight auger piles supporting reinforced concrete foundations. A unique feature of the building is the cantilevered floor slab supporting a stainless steel facade mesh. A steel tower for training fire personnel was added at a later date.
