This project was completed in 1999 and includes a 6 storey split level car park development for 400 cars, apartments and a retail development on the ground floor.
The structure consists of pre-cast concrete with long span pre-stressed pre-cast slabs and no internal columns.
Due to the confined nature of a city centre in-fill site,the entire super structure was pre-cast off site and erected on site. The total value of the project was €5.0m.
