This major office development in Loughmahon will eventually house 3,500 people in one building. Phase 1 (110,000 ft²) was completed with JODA as combined civil, structural, mechanical & electrical engineers.  This first phase had a value of €21.5M and an extremely tight programme.  It was handed over on time and under budget in late 1999.
