This is a two storey school building with 10 classrooms, a general purpose room and associated facilities. The building structure consists of steel roof trusses with precast concrete suspended floors on load bearing blockwork. Poor ground conditions required a ground beam type foundation with lean mix filling to soft areas of the ground.
