The Bon Secours Hospital is developing a residential care village for geriatric care.  Phase 1 of this development was completed at a construction cost of €11.7M.  The buildings consist of residential, recreational and health care facilities and JODA were the Civil /Structural and Building Services Engineers.  The building won an RIBA award.
