This project involved a multi-storey car park development for 400 cars and 34 luxury apartments with separate basement car parking, and a retail development. The project also includes a bridge over the south channel of the River Lee linking Sharman Crawford to Lancaster Quay. The structure was designed to facilitate construction within an extremely confined city centre site. The structure includes innovative solutions included toe grouted steel piles to resist high uplift forces and anti flotation measures in the basement car park.
