This development was completed in 2004 and comprises 52 Apartments and 14 Commercial Units constructed on seven storeys over a basement carpark. The structure is built around a central elevated courtyard. The structure is an insitu reinforced concrete frame and floors with reinforced concrete service cores. The project included the stabilisation of a 10.0M high rockface and rock anchored retaining walls. |
